RULES
- Registration for the conference is mandatory.
- For each poster, maximum of two participants are allowed.
- Landscape/portrait format of E-poster should be submitted in PDF/JPG
- format less than 10 MB via Google Form link.

- Final round of the poster presentation competition will be held on 20th January 2026.
- Selected candidates will be required to submit a 1-2 minute explanatory audio along with the poster via Google Drive.
- Please include your email ID and contact number.
- The last date for Poster Submission is 15th January 2026.
- Acknowledgement will be informed via email.
- Result will be announced on 21st January 2026 during the Valedictory program and the winner will be awarded.
Guidelines For Short Film
Short films aim at spreading awareness on a given topic : using visual and interactive means.

RULES
- All participants must be registered for the conference.
- A maximum of 10 participants is allowed in the video.
- Video can be in English, Hindi, Punjabi or Haryanvi.
- Only originally shot videos must be used. No downloaded videos / Plagiarism shall be allowed.
- Obscene or offensive scenes/ language are strictly prohibited and will be disqualified.
- Resolution – 1080p and video size of 450 MB (max)

Guidelines For Dental Caption Contest
The Dental Caption Contest seeks to raise awareness through new trends. We look forward to your enthusiastic participation in this fun-filled contest. Entry limit: 1 caption per student.

RULES
- Registration for the conference is mandatory.
- A total of 5 Iconic Movie scenes will be provided for dental caption.
- Each participant can select one movie scene and submit only one caption (in PDF format) for the same.
- The submitted caption should be related strictly to dentistry.
- Non-dental caption will be disqualified.
- Confirmed participants must submit their caption by January 12, 2026, before noon.
- Participants should submit their registration number, contact number and respective college name.
- Offensive language and sensitive topics (specific triggers like violence, sexual assault, mental illness, and hurting religious sentiments) are strictly prohibited.
- The caption can be in either English or Hindi. The best caption will be awarded.
