Prof. (Dr.) Sanjay Tewari is Dean, Faculty of Dental Sciences of Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. A Commonwealth Fellow (The UK, 2010) and Fellow in ‘Micro Restorative and Endodontics’ from Indian Board of Micro Restorative & Endodontics. Prof. Tewari is a recipient of numerous prestigious awards including Gold medal from King George Medical College, Lucknow. Prof. Tewari is a member of Dental Council of India and has served as President, ‘Federation of Operative Dentistry (2000 2008)’ and Executive committee member of Dental Council of India. He has contributed several scientific orations and chaired numerous scientific sessions in National and International conferences. He has mentored 70 MDS students and has published over 72 research papers in International Journals of repute including 23 publications in the Journal of Endodontics and International Endodontic Journal. Dr. Keerthilatha M. Pai is a distinguished academician and dental specialist currently serving as the Controller of Examinations at Sikkim Manipal University and a Professor in the Department of Dentistry at Sikkim Manipal Institute of Medical Sciences. She completed her graduation (BDS) from Government Dental College, Bangalore (Bangalore University), where she was notably recognized as the Best Outgoing student and awarded the Munilakshmamma Gold Medal. With over 32 years of clinical and teaching experience in Oral Medicine and Radiology, she has held significant leadership positions, including serving as the Dean of MCODS, Manipal, for five years. Her prolific career is marked by extensive research contributions and administrative excellence, consistently receiving multiple academic & leadership awards for her impact on dental education and institutional management.

Dr. Gaurav Munjal is the Fellow of International Congress of Oral Implantologists and is the President of Haryana State Dental Council. He is in Clinical Practice since 19 Years. He has a vast experience of placing 15,000 implants and practices advanced surgeries like Sinus lift, Bone augmentation, Full mouth reconstruction surgeries with Zygomatic and Pterygoid implants. He is trained at OIC KOREA for hard and soft tissue augmentation and lectures extensively at various National and International Conferences. He is KOL for Bioner (spain) and OSSTEM (korea) and conducts training programs. He is also a member of Council of Clinical Establishment Act.

Dr. Rajesh Bansal is a highly accomplished dental professional currently serving as a Professor of Prosthodontics at the Faculty of Dental Sciences, IMS, BHU, with over 20 years of teaching and research experience. He completed his graduation (BDS) from Kurukshetra University before obtaining his MDS and PhD from Banaras Hindu University, further enhancing his expertise through a Commonwealth Fellowship at University College London in 2015. Throughout his career, Dr. Bansal has led eight major trans disciplinary research projects, most notably spearheading the development of the “Malviya Dental Implant,” an indigenous and economical solution designed to provide advanced dental care to marginalized communities. His innovative contributions are supported by multiple granted patents in implant technology and bone grafting, earning significant recognition in the field, including the “Most Popular Teacher Award” in 2019.

Dr Harsh Priya has graduated from Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal, India and finished her Post Graduation in Public Health Dentistry from the same college. She worked as Assistant Professor in MCODS, Mangalore for three and half year before she joined as Assistant Professor in Department of Dentistry at Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences, Ranchi. Dr. Harsh Priya is presently working as Additional Professor in the Division of Public Health Dentistry, Centre for Dental Education and Research (CDER), AIIMS, New Delhi. She is working actively for the implementation of the National Oral Health Programme (NOHP). She is devoted towards various IECs generation under NOHP and evaluating their impact evaluation. She has developed the Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) for the oral premalignant lesion and oral cancer at primary health care level under the aegis of WHO Collaborating Centre for oral health promotion. Also, she is involved with the Department of Paediatric Oncology, examining and screening patients for oral problems and counselling the family of first time diagnosed cases regarding the same. She practices Tobacco Cessation Counselling among OPD patients at CDER. Her main research interests are digital health, trends in preventive dentistry, oral health literacy, dental health satisfaction and oral health related quality of life. She wishes to work towards strengthening the public oral health care delivery system through the NOHP. She envisions to reduce the oral health inequality though the various oral health promotion and preventive initiatives in the marginalised population

Dr. Gunjeeta Diwaker is a proud alumna of JCD Dental College, Class of 2011, where her passion for public health dentistry was first ignited. As a student, participation in community dental health camps conducted through the college’s mobile dental van deeply influenced her commitment to serving underserved populations and addressing oral health inequities. Also she was awarded as best student during her BDS. Following graduation, Dr. Diwaker pursued advanced training in public health, earning a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Saskatchewan, where she further developed a population-based approach to disease prevention and health promotion. She subsequently completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the University of Michigan, graduating with Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) honors and being awarded as best international student during DDS and receiving multiple academic & leadership awards. Currently, Dr. Diwaker serves the local community as a public health dentist, providing comprehensive and compassionate care to marginalized and underserved populations. Her clinical and academic interests focus on prevention-centered, minimally invasive dentistry, with a strong emphasis on conservation of tooth structure. She is particularly passionate about the use of Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF) and SMART (Silver Modified Atraumatic Restorative Treatment) technology as effective, evidence-based tools for managing caries in community and public health settings. Through her work and teaching, Dr. Diwaker remains committed to advancing equitable oral health care and inspiring the next generation of dentists to view prevention and public service as central pillars of clinical excellence.

Dr. Inder Kumar Pandit did his BDS and MDS from Faculty of Dental Sciences, King George’s Medical College, Lucknow (U.P.) in 1986 & 1990 respectively. He has been the youngest dean/ principal and director to start with at DAV Centenary Dental College, Yamunanagar, Haryana. He is the Head of the Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry also. He has been conferred upon with a Gold Medal for rendering excellent service as Principal in DAV. He has More than 200 national and international publications and more than 70 research projects to his credit besides 6 international research grants. Dr. Anirudh B. Acharya is a faculty member at the Department of Restorative Dentistry, College of Dental Medicine, University of Sharjah, Sharjah, UAE. He has BDS (1997) from the College of Dental Surgery, Manipal, and MDS (1999), Ph.D. (2017) from S.D.M. College of Dental Sciences & Hospital, Dharwad, and FDS RCPS, Glasgow, UK (2023). He also has a Professional Diploma in Clinical Research. Dr. Aman Chowdhry is a distinguished Professor and Head of the Department of Oral Pathology at the Faculty of Dentistry, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. Since earning his MDS from Pune in 2004, Dr. Chowdhry has devoted himself to academia and research, carving a niche as a leading figure in forensic odontology. His academic credentials include a Postgraduate Diploma in Hospital Management from the National Institute of Family Welfare & Health, New Delhi, and he is a Fellow of the Indian Board of Forensic Odontology (IBFO).

Dr. Chowdhry’s expertise extends to 3D and 2D forensic reconstruction, a skillset honed at the Central Forensic Science Laboratory, Chandigarh, and further refined through specialized training in 3D computerized forensic reconstruction at the University of Tübingen, Germany. He is the founding secretary of the Indian Association of Craniofacial Identification and serves as the Secretary General of the Indo-Pacific Academy of Forensic Odontology.

Dr. Priyanka Kapoor is Professor and In-Charge, Dept of Orthodontics, Faculty of Dentistry, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. She is a BDS from GDC, Patiala, and MDS (Orthodontics) from AIIMS, Delhi in the year 2006. She has been an avid academician for past 20 years and a researcher ever since. Her primary areas of interest are evidence-based research, biological mediators, obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and forensic age estimation. Amongst her many awards, she has two design patents and two copyrights to her credit. She is the recipient of the prestigious international Moyer’s Symposium award, Michigan USA. Her research interest in sleep apnea won her a research grant, 3M Unitek- IOS-RF Research Grant-2020, and led her team to develop a mobile application “OSA- risk Assessment Tool”. She has also been awarded for her innovations, most recently at IOC, Vizag in 2025, and at Innovation conclaves of 2020 and 2025. She has authored/co-authored over 60 publications and 10 chapters in international and national high-impact-factor journals and books, including many systematic and scoping reviews. Her research is well-received in the scientific community with over 1300 citations and h-index of 15 and i-10 index of 19. She has reached out to the scientific community and students, both nationally and internationally, with many workshops and lectures in her areas of expertise and interest. She is currently very active in establishing an interdisciplinary working group for young OSA-risk patients and salivary diagnostics.

Dr. Sumukh Deodhar Graduated from NHDC, Mumbai University in 1986 with flying colours. He stood first with first class in all 4 University exams. He was the recipient of Dr. Keki Mistry Gold Medal in Orthodontics. He did Post Graduation from NHDC, Mumbai University in 1988. He started his Dental Practice in January 1989 in Mumbai, which he ran successfully up until March 2019. After that he has shifted to Delhi and is having a joint practice there. He was a Lecturer, department of Orthodontics, at GDC, Mumbai 92-93. He was Convener of Bombay Orthodontic Study Group 1992-2002. He has lectured and conducted several hands-on courses on Dental Photography especially for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
